Carla Cook - Personal Lines Sales and Service Carla joined our agency in June 2004. More than 40 years of insurance sales and service (including 12 years handling insurance claims) has equipped her to handle our customers' personal insurance needs. She is responsible for sales and underwriting personal auto, home, umbrella and recreational vehicle policies. Carla has her Property & Casualty and Health licenses. Lu Ann Drebot, CIC, CPIW, CPCU - Agent/Commercial and Personal Lines Lu Ann started with the agency in December 2010. She has more than 30 years of insurance experience in personal and commercial lines.  Lu Ann is part of the commercial insurance team handling business insurance as well as Life and Health policies. She has her Property & Casualty; Life and Annuities and Accident & Health insurance licenses. Daniel McIntosh, LUTCF - Agent/Commercial Lines Sales Dan joined our office in February 2011. He has worked in the insurance industry since 1989.  For several years prior to joining our agency, Dan worked as Account Rep and Regional Sales Manager for a national insurance company where he has won several awards.  Dan specializes in commercial insurance, understanding the risks faced by businesses. He is equally proficient in meeting your personal insurance needs.  Dan is licensed in Property & Casualty, Life and Annuities. Kimberly Melachrinos, AIC AAI CISR – Agent/Commercial Lines Kim joined our agency in April, 2002 after relocating to the Harrisburg area from Johnstown, PA.  She has 24 years of insurance experience in personal and commercial lines, including 10 years handling claims.  Kim specializes in commercial lines, life and annuities.  She has her Property & Casualty and Life, Accident and Health licenses, and she is pursuing the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Diane Panas – Accounting/EDP Support Diane began to work full-time for the agency in 1993. She handles the accounting.  She is also responsible for all computer maintenance and support.  Prior to joining the agency, Diane worked for AMP as a systems analyst. Jack M. Panas, CIC, Owner and Principal Jack, the principal officer of the agency, has been involved in the insurance industry since January 1977.  He has worked in several management positions within an insurance company where he has gained invaluable and extensive knowledge in all aspects of insurance. From 1988 to present he has been the principal officer of Jack M. Panas Insurance, Inc. Jack believes in strong community involvement.
